MAS™ employs a sophisticated electronic license verification system to prevent the theft of the MAS™ intellectual property, registrations, and patents (pending and issued).
Each MAS™ system (unit) requires a ADELS (Architectural, Design, Engineering, Logistical & Support) Fee to be paid.
There are NO quantity discounts. The ADELS Fee covers the engineering, architecture, system plans, inspections, technical support, logistical support, Southern Utah University (SUU) royalty fee and warranty.
Certification of trade personnel and companies is NOT included in the ADELS Fee. MAS™ through it’s educational partners SUU and Applied Technologies Centers (ATC), offers minimal cost training classes in Southern Utah (USA). Travel costs, lodging and meals are the responsibility of the training class attendees. However, MAS™ has arranged for substantial local lodging and restaurant discounts for attendees. - MAS-1300™ ADELS Fee: $4,983.00 (USD)
The payment of a SINGLE ADELS Fee results in the issuance of a SINGLE license (“Unit License”) to build a single MAS-570™ or MAS-1300™ structure. There are NO fees above and beyond the ADELS Fee required for the issuance of a license. Modern Arch Structures, LLC (MAS™) and/or Southern Utah University (SUU) has patents and/or patents pending in the United States and numerous countries throughout the world. MAS™ has also negotiated agreements with various governments throughout the world. MAS™ and SUU will vigorously defend such patents and agreements and seek damages for any and all infringements.
Any MAS™ Certification Holder that knowingly is involved with, or offers its services for, a non Licensed MAS™ system shall have their Certification immediately revoked and be subject to both civil and criminal penalties as provided for by both local jurisdictional as well as international law and regulations.
